510 Medical Walk-In

As of November 1 2022, we are providing walk-in services only for our Pittsfield medical associates patients. We are continuing our services such as DOT physical exams, School physical exams, employment physical exams and pre-op visits by (same day) appointment. Our walk-in medical services for general public are officially closed. This includes vaccination services such as flu shots. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

We are a local, independent clinic. When you visit us you will see a physician or one of our certified PAs or an NP. Our providers have the experience and knowledge to provide exceptional, personal and efficient medical care. At 510 Walk-In you will receive continuity of care. Need a primary care provider? We are affiliated with Pittsfield Medical Associates, and can arrange primary care for you. Our clinic is a teaching facility affiliated with three local Physician Assistant programs. We have over 30 years of experience serving Pittsfield’s healthcare needs.

Employees and employers can both benefit from our occupational health services. DOT physical exams, and workers’ compensation cases are all part of our services.

Our on-site laboratory is an added convenience for our patients. Our providers can order tests and get the results quickly so you can start feeling better fast! Your good health is our top priority!

The providers at 510 Medical Walk-In can arrange primary care. We conduct physicals and administer immunizations as well.
